An AI-assisted delivery accelerator for Oracle Fusion teams. Upload a client's requirements document and Relay extracts each numbered requirement, matches it to the closest reusable use case with a confidence score, then maps accepted use cases to test cases — every link traceable back to the original requirement. When the mapping looks right, it exports the whole set as a JIRA All-In-One CSV, ready to import as stories, tests, and steps. Matches come from a shared bank of Oracle use and test cases built from real delivery work, and you can draft new cases with AI when nothing fits.

Standing up a new Oracle Fusion implementation means turning a long, inconsistent requirements document into use cases, test cases, and JIRA tickets by hand. It is slow and repetitive, and every team reinvents the same use cases from scratch on every engagement.
How it works

Upload a requirements document and Relay extracts each numbered requirement, then matches it to the closest use case in the bank — the percentage is how confident the match is. Accept or reject each one.

Accepted use cases flow to the next step, where Relay matches each to its test cases. The “from R4, R1, R133” note keeps every case traceable back to the requirements it came from.

When the mapping looks right, export the whole project as a JIRA All-In-One CSV — stories, tests, and steps ready to import.
